Colora, Maryland

Colora, MD is home to some of my favorite things : Kilby Cream (yum!), Scrawny (my very first lesson horse), Booger (probably the best Equine model I've had to date) and lots of open space. And above all, Colora MD gave me Amanda Kilby, who I love with some pretty profound [platonic, of course] love.

Colora also gives me amazing sunsets full of spectacular color, glowing clouds and vibrant foliage.
Who could ask for anything more?

Full Moon rising over Kilby Cream - October 23, 2010

Scrawny is a hard horse to photograph - which is okay, because it makes it so much more satisfying to actually snap a great photo of him!

Booger, on the other hand, is a perfect model. He poses phenomenally and he photographs exceptionally well!

Amanda is a wonderful horsewoman - she is patient, humble, compassionate and generous... these are lucky horses.

The pastures and cows of Kilby Cream. Lucky, lucky cows...

The Sunset quickly gave way to a glowing Full Moon.  It was a perfect night for the Kilby Cream Corn Maze.
